Most dating websites for disabled people are either dead or scammy. Most, but not all. There is one website that we can highly recommend. That website is Soulful Encounters. Soulful Encounters is not a beautiful, modern website. In fact, to look at it, you might think it is not very serious. However, don’t let looks deceive you. It is not a beautiful website because it is free.
